Love the new Seawall!! Just wanted to say Matt is great. So is his crew. They just get to work! Loved the way Matt communicates and sends daily updates with pictures. Awesome! An additional shout out to Jay. Always quick to answer or call right back and always very transparent with what is possible. I highly recommend to anyone in the market. Don't waste your time shopping around! You won't find better!

We had a great experience with the Florida Shoreline and Fdn team. Jay Johnson was very responsive and kept me up to speed as we went through the engineering and permitting process. The team that did the install did a great job. We were not here but we got pictures and calls with progress. It ended up just as we had discussed and it looks great! Thanks to everyone for making this a smooth process. I would certainly recommend them.

Our (large) dock was destroyed in the hurricanes. We contracted with FSF to replace it. As per prior experience with them, they did a first rate job at a fair price. However what made the experience unique was the professionalism and care demonstrated by the crew. Our property is tight. They had to demolish the existing dock, bring the wreckage onshore, maneuver huge pilings, lumber, decking and move machinery from the shore through very small spaces. They did it all with a minimum of disruption and with absolutely no damage. They were considerate, pleasant communicative and altogether a delight to work with.

We had an exceptional experience working with Florida Shoreline and Foundation, and we can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for our project. We’ve had the pleasure of working with their general manager, Jay Johnson, both before the 2024 hurricanes and after the devastating impacts of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Jay is phenomenal and he went above and beyond when we needed to replace 115 feet of seawall and rebuild our dock, which included a 38" boat lift and two jet ski lifts.
A special shoutout goes to Matt and his seawall team. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the seawall replacement. They worked diligently, ensuring the new seawall was not only structurally sound but also aesthetically pleasing. Matt’s leadership and the team’s respect for our property made the process smooth and stress-free.
Equally impressive were Johnathan, Luis, and their dock and lift team. These guys are true craftsmen! They poured their hearts into building our dock and installing the boat and jet ski lifts. Their tireless work ethic, kindness, and commitment to delivering a beautiful, high-quality finished product were remarkable. They treated our property with the utmost respect, keeping everything clean and organized throughout the project.
The entire Florida Shoreline and Foundation team, led by Jay, turned a challenging post-hurricane rebuild into a seamless and positive experience. Their professionalism, skill, and dedication shone through, and we’re thrilled with the results. Thank-you so much! Alan and Anna :)
