These happy customers on Longboat Key wanted their dock expanded so they could entertain guests, enjoy the sunset, and/or catch a few fish.  They also wanted a boat lift which looks great, and a floating dock to launch the kayaks.

The boat dock consists of a large extension with all stainless steel hardware, and IPE decking.  IPE decking is a natural hardwood which looks great and will far outlast any pressure treated or composite material available.  If stained, it will maintain its dark, rich color.  If left untreated it will fade to a light grey and will not splinter, crack or decay like most wood.  The floating dock is finished in the same decking.

The boat lift is Deco’s Beamless Concept CRS lift.  It has no top beams to obstruct the view and access to the boat.  A few features of the lift not found most other lifts:

·         Concept direct drive gearboxes with stainless steel motors

·         Deco’s patented Cable Retention System to protect the cables and keep them wound tightly on the drive pipe.

·         Remote control with auto-stop for easy operation of the lift.
